Chill Carb
Eat out with confidence. Spike less. Laugh occasionally.
Chill Carb ranks restaurant menu items by predicted glucose impact for your Type 1 or Type 2 profile, then shows you how your actual response compared — so it gets smarter about you (and chiller) over time.

Menu, ranked for you
Every item on a restaurant's menu scored and sorted by predicted glucose impact for your diabetes profile.
Type 1 & Type 2 aware
Scoring accounts for insulin regimen, carb load, fiber, fat, and glycemic index — not just a generic GI chart.
Predicted vs. actual
Log what you ate and see how your real glucose response compared to the prediction, closing the feedback loop.
So, what does Chill Carb actually do?
Chill Carb (née glucowise — long story, shorter name) started with a simple, slightly annoying question: why does ordering dinner feel like a pop quiz on glycemic index? So we built the part nobody wants to do by hand — a scoring engine that ranks every item on a restaurant's menu by its predicted impact on your blood glucose, before you've even picked a table.
It's not a vibes-based guess. Scoring factors in your diabetes type, insulin regimen, carb load, fiber, fat, and glycemic index. Then you log what actually happened after you ate, and predictions get sharper the next time — closing the loop between "should be fine" and "was fine."
We take the science seriously and ourselves only a little seriously. Not a substitute for medical advice — but we did read an uncomfortable number of nutrition studies to build it, and the name change didn't cost us any of them.
Pull up any menu
Search a restaurant and every item gets scored before you've even decided between the two burgers.
Order like a regular
Pick what actually sounds good from the ranked list — no bland 'diabetic menu' required.
